If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or any FACETUNE ID™ service made available through it.
FACETUNE ID™
FACETUNE ID™ is being developed as a digital identity and human verification platform designed for an environment in which distinguishing trusted human presence from automated or synthetic activity is increasingly important.
The platform may include identity verification, device verification, encrypted authentication, human-presence verification and other security technologies.
Features described on FACETUNE.COM may evolve as the platform develops.
Pre-Launch Environment
The current website may contain prototypes, demonstrations, simulated interfaces, conceptual workflows and pre-production functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of a function on FACETUNE.COM should not be interpreted as a representation that the function is already commercially available in every country or operating environment.
FACETUNE ID™ may modify, replace, postpone or remove pre-launch features as development progresses.
User Responsibilities
When using FACETUNE.COM or participating in a FACETUNE ID™ enrolment or demonstration process, users must provide information that is accurate and lawfully theirs to provide.
Users must not:

- submit fraudulent, altered or unlawfully obtained identity documents;
- attempt to bypass identity or security controls;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use FACETUNE ID™ for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes;
- attempt unauthorized access to another user's account, identity or device.
Identity Verification
FACETUNE ID™ is intended to support trusted digital identity and human verification. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of a person's intentions, conduct, creditworthiness or legal capacity.
A Human Verified™ status, where available, is intended to indicate that specified verification procedures have been completed. It should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the individual or of any transaction involving that individual.
Privacy and Personal Information
Identity systems necessarily involve sensitive questions concerning personal information, verification data and security.
FACETUNE ID™ is being designed around principles of privacy, data minimisation, security and user control.
A separate public Privacy Policy will describe the applicable processing of personal information, including the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, retention practices and applicable user rights.
Security
FACETUNE ID™ is designed with security as a core principle. However, no digital service, network, device or communication system can be represented as completely immune from technical failure, unauthorized activity or cyberattack.
Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their own devices, credentials and access methods.
Intellectual Property
FACETUNE ID™, HUMAN VERIFIED™, associated names, logos, visual identities, interfaces, concepts, written materials and other proprietary content appearing on FACETUNE.COM may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Nothing on this website grants a user ownership of FACETUNE intellectual property or a right to copy, reproduce, commercially exploit or misrepresent it without authorization.
Availability and Changes
FACETUNE.COM may be updated, interrupted, suspended or modified without notice where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, testing or operational reasons.
These Terms may also be updated as FACETUNE ID™ moves from pre-launch development toward commercial deployment.

FACETUNE.COM may eventually interact with external businesses, institutions, devices, identity providers or technology services.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies and technical environments. FACETUNE ID™ does not control independent third-party services.
No Misrepresentation of Pre-Launch Services
Users, partners and visitors may not represent themselves as authorized representatives, distributors, agents or commercial partners of FACETUNE ID™ unless expressly authorized to do so.
No statement appearing in a demonstration or pre-launch interface creates a partnership, agency, fiduciary relationship or commercial authorization unless confirmed separately in writing.
Limitation of the Pre-Launch Environment
FACETUNE.COM and its current pre-launch functions are provided for development, demonstration, information and testing purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no pre-launch demonstration should be relied upon as the sole basis for a financial, legal, security or identity-sensitive decision.
